Robert Smith

Rob focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals navigate complex litigation, arbitration, negotiation, and appeals. He also regularly counsels clients on complex transactions and business organization. Rob represents clients of all sizes in breach of contract claims, corporate shareholder disputes, construction and product defect claims, and employment matters such as non-solicitation, non-compete, and severance agreements. Rob is also a member of the firm’s Personal Injury practice group, where he represents clients in cases of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation.
