Lindsey Bullard

Lindsey focuses her law practice on Personal Injury, Employment Litigation and Business Law. Lindsey litigates all employment related claims including discrimination and retaliation claims related to race, age and gender sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims. She also handles wage and hour and workers’ compensation claims. Lindsey also reviews employment contracts, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, severance agreements, and independent contractor agreements for her clients. She represents individuals in state and federal courts across North Carolina and is well-versed in all phases of civil litigation. Lindsey also handles catastrophic personal injury cases and wrongful death.
